Its proximity to White City station provides a blend of central accessibility and a predominantly tranquil atmosphere, albeit with the occasional sound disturbance. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are for communal use, suitable for guests with realistic expectations.

Please be mindful of the need to ascend stairs to access the accommodation and the absence of onsite parking. Certain areas are for shared use, and quiet hours are observed from 21:00 to 08:00. The building, amidst a diverse and multicultural neighbourhood, echoes the lively character of its locale, adding to the authentic experience distinct from hotel stays.

What to Expect

You will stay in a room that you can lock. It is in a shared flat with 1 to 3 other guests. Please note that any additional guest besides yourself must be included at the time of reservation.

This cosy space is ideal for guests who travel light and short-term. It comfortably accommodates up to three suitcases, making it a perfect choice for short stays or as a temporary base. Please note that while it offers all the essentials, it's not designed to be a primary residence.

The room is generally a quiet space, ideal for relaxation and rest. Located adjacent to the bathroom, there may be instances when the sound of the extractor fan is faintly audible during the night. This has rarely been a concern for our guests, with over 99% finding it not to be an issue.

On arrival you will be provided with a clean room with bed linen, towel, bath soap and toilet which you will need to clean, wash or replenish yourself when you run out. Please leave any items in the room in good condition, including the mattress and bed linen, as you may be charged if they need replacing.

Little use of the kitchen is expected — if you do use it, please be brief when cooking, close the door to avoid odours and leave everything clean. Any anomalies should be reported to the host immediately.

Guests can contact the host anytime by phone, text message or email. It is recommended that you raise any issues immediately with the host before contacting the platform where you booked the room.

Getting Around

The apartment is 5 minutes walk to White City Underground station and 7 minutes to Wood Lane station. Other nearby stations: Goldhawk Road, Shepherd's Bush Market, Shepherd's Bush.

Check-in Method

Kindly notify us of your precise check-in time at your earliest convenience and adhere to it once confirmed. For those arriving by taxi, please provide the postcode to your driver. If travelling via the Tube, acquainting yourself with the vicinity using online maps or Street View is advisable.

Bear in mind the absence of an elevator, which might necessitate additional assistance for heavy luggage. Check-in is available from 09:00 to 21:00, subject to prior arrangement with the host. Checkout is at 12:00 noon.

Checkout Instructions

Check-out time is at 12 noon. If the host is not present for key collection, leave them in the drawer and close the door behind you. Prior to departure ensure there is no damage to any property such as blinds, mattress or towels. Please clean any dishes used and take your rubbish to the bins on the ground floor. Be particularly cautious not to stain towels.

Other Details

Apart from the bedroom, guests have access to the shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen. An initial provision of toiletries, toilet paper, linens and towels is provided upon arrival. Thereafter, it is the responsibility of each guest to replenish these items as needed. A microwave is available for basic cooking needs.

Only those specified in the booking may stay overnight. Personal accessories such as a hairdryer should be brought by guests themselves. We expect all flatmates to contribute to a serene, tidy and courteous living environment.

General House Rules

• Please consider your reservation commitment seriously — refunds are not provided for early departures or unexpected cancellations.
• Ensure the room price matches your budget and expectations before booking.
• This room is not appropriate for guests with excessive luggage (more than 3 suitcases).
• Please maintain cleanliness and respect for our flat and neighbours. Strictly no smoking allowed.
• For any extension of your stay, kindly book through the reservation platform; we do not accept cash payments.
• Upon arrival we provide toilet rolls, bed linen and clean towels. Subsequently, please procure your own supplies.
• The flat is shared, but your room is private, lockable and equipped with a key.
• Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm as some guests rise early.
• Remember to switch off lights and heating when leaving the flat.
• Avoid slamming doors to maintain a peaceful environment.
• Illegal use of the internet is strictly forbidden and may result in government fines.
• Please take care of the keys. Loss or damage, including the need to replace fobs or electronic keys, could cost up to £200.
• The flat is for paying tenants only. Do not bring unapproved guests to stay or live in the room.
• The number of guests must not exceed that stated on the Confirmation Notice.
• Do not use nails, candles or anything that could damage the walls.
• You are responsible for your belongings. Keep your room locked and the flat secure.
• The room is for accommodation purposes only — business activities, parties and meetings are prohibited.
• The room will be clean upon your arrival; ongoing cleaning is your responsibility.
• Bicycles should not be stored inside the room or flat.
• Bring your personal accessories: phone chargers, hairdryers, irons, USB cables, washing powder and water filters.
• Check-out time is strictly by 12:00 Midday.
• You may be charged for any damages to the room, bed linen or fixtures at the end of your stay.

Additional Instructions

• In case of emergencies, including the smell of gas, contact the host immediately or send a text message.
• Ensure the flat door is always securely closed for the safety of all residents.

Communication
