In setting the expectations for your stay, it's worth mentioning that the room is generally a quiet space, ideal for relaxation and rest. Located adjacent to the bathroom, there may be instances when the sound of the extractor fan is faintly audible during the night. This has rarely been a concern for our guests, with over 99% finding it not to be an issue. We aim to provide a full picture of your accommodation to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
On arrival you will be provided with a clean room with bed linen, towel, bath soap and toilet which you will need to clean, wash or replenish yourself when you run out.
Please leave any items in the room in good condition, including the mattress and bed linen as you may be charged if they need replacing.
Little use of the kitchen is expected and if you do use it, please be brief when cooking, close the door to avoid odours and leave everything clean and help to take out the rubbish.
Any anomalies should be reported to the host immediately so that they can be resolved as soon as possible.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk to White City underground station and 7 minutes to Wood Lane station. Other stations nearby: Goldhawk Road, Shepherd's Bush market, Shepherd's Bush.
Kindly notify me of your precise check-in time at your earliest convenience and adhere to it once confirmed, as my schedule is quite structured and alterations can be challenging. For those arriving by taxi, please provide the already shared postcode to your driver, and if travelling via the Tube, acquainting yourself with the vicinity using online maps or Street View is advisable. Bear in mind the absence of an elevator, which might necessitate additional assistance for heavy luggage. It's essential to respect the arranged check-in time as failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your booking, given my other commitments and the importance of punctuality in maintaining the schedule. Check-in is available from 09:00 to 21:00, subject to prior arrangement with the host. Please be reminded that checkout is scheduled for 12:00 noon.
Additional requests: Check-out time is at 12 noon. If host isn't present for key collection, leave them in the drawer & close the door behind you. Prior to departure ensure there's no damage to any property such as blinds, mattress, towels to avoid extra charges. Please clean any dishes used & take your rubbish to the bins on the ground floor. Be particularly cautious not to stain towels. We appreciate your cooperation.
Apart from the bedroom, guests have access to the the shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen. An initial provision of toiletries, toilet paper, linens, and towels is provided for guests' convenience upon arrival. Thereafter, it is the responsibility of each guest to replenish these items as needed. A microwave is at guests' disposal for basic cooking needs. It is important to note that overnight guests must be registered and only those specified in the booking may stay overnight in the room, which offers personal security through a lock and key. Personal accessories, such as a hairdryer, should be brought by the guests themselves. We expect all flatmates to contribute to a serene, tidy, and courteous living environment. In the event of any disputes with flatmates, we encourage a direct and polite dialogue as the first step, with the option to contact the host if necessary.
Please communicate any issues or concerns during your stay so we can address them promptly. We prefer direct communication over leaving negative comments after departure.
Overnight guests are not allowed. The flat is exclusively for paying guests.
